What is a Health Coach?
A health coach is someone who facilitates healthy, sustainable behavior change by challenging a client to listen to their inner wisdom, identify their values, and transform their goals into action.
They help clients gain the knowledge, tools and confidence to become active participants in their health (which includes food, stress, relationships, mental health, etc) so they can reach their self-identified health goals.

Our first session will include a full assessment of your relationship with food and your body. Through this assessment, we will review your health history, explore your relationship with food and body image, assess your main health concerns, and talk through any questions you have. You’ll have the opportunity to talk about your life, what you’ve always dreamed of and the goals you’d like to accomplish for your health. Together, we will create an actionable plan to get you to food and body freedom.

Follow-ups allow us to touch base and evaluate your journey so far. Together, we’ll celebrate your successes and work through any challenges. We’ll also adjust your goals as needed.
An initial session must be completed before scheduling a follow-up session.
In these sessions, we’ll begin to work through my 8 steps to food freedom, the exact step-by-step process I used to heal my relationship with food and my body and the exact tools and strategies that have helped many other women as well. Committing to a package is not only more affordable, but also gives you the frequent support you need in the beginning of your journey.
With each of these packages, you’ll get workbook exercises, resources and email/texting support between sessions. Each package will start with a 75 minute initial session and the remaining sessions will be 45 minutes.
