It’s also insanely easy to make. The prep takes like 5 minutes and then you just have to pop it in the oven for 40 minutes. I recommend toasting it; it brings out even more of the nutty almond flavor. This bread needs to be refrigerated; I pretty much always have a loaf in my fridge. This 9 Ingredient Almond Flour Bread is seriously a game changer. I have a loaf made at all times and use it for everything. It’s super nutty and satisfying and is so easy to make.
Mix ingredients in a bowl until clumps are gone and mixture forms a dough. Texture should be in between a cake batter and pizza dough.
Lightly coat loaf pan with olive oil (or avocado oil) spray.
Pour mixture into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden brown on top.
