These Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins are soft, fluffy and moist! They are the PERFECT fall treat!!
These muffins are a rendition of my Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread Skillet! It’s pretty much the same ingredients just baked in a muffin pan instead of skillet. Also, the muffins bake a lot quicker. It just depends on what mood you are in. I can’t decide what I like better…..dessert made in the skillet or made into muffins. Either way, I feel like I’m having an extra special treat yo’ self moment. What do you prefer (leave a comment below)?
These muffins are made with coconut flour which I love baking with because of the subtle coconut flavor! Also, coconut flour is super absorbent so it requires less meaning you save money (odds are I will spend that saved money at Marshall’s cause that’s my fav store). Anyways, I added lots of peanut butter to this recipe because it gives the muffins a little extra density and flavor.
I’ve been making sooo many recipes with peanut butter and pumpkin lately. It’s seriously the best combo ever!! Here are some of my other fav peanut butter pumpkin recipes:
- Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet
- Peanut Butter Pumpkin Spice Granola
- Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread Skillet

Soft, fluffy, moist Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins! These are the PERFECT fall treat!!
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Distribute the batter in a muffin pan into 12 muffins. Bake for about 16-17 minutes.
- These have a subtle pumpkin flavor. If you prefer super pumpkin-y flavor, add an extra 1/2-1 tsp of pumpkin spice!
- Any nut butter should work in this recipe. I used peanut butter but you could use almond butter, cashew butter, etc.
