I am really really into this smoothie right now. It is full of protein, healthy fats, and so many other nutrients. This Creamy Green Almond Butter Banana Smoothie has a lot of ingredients, but don’t let that scare you. Feel free to modify (maybe coconut instead of almond milk) or skip some of the ingredients (moringa powder for example) you don’t have. I just love the idea of packing as many nutrients into a smoothie as I can, which is why I pretty much add anything I have in my kitchen. I use a lot of My Pantry Staples in this recipe so feel free to check those out!
The flavor of nut butters and banana together makes my taste buds way too happy. Another one of my very favorite ingredients in this Creamy Green Almond Butter Banana Smoothie is avocado. Avocado makes them so creamy like nothing else can and it adds healthy fats and vitamins.
Also, I’m totally basic and love the fact that it’s a pretty green (from the spinach and avocado). Sorry not sorry, but I would choose a green smoothie over a brown one any day.
This Creamy Green Almond Butter Banana Smoothie is my go to smoothie. It’s full of protein, healthy fats, and other nutrients. As far as taste goes, I think it’s safe to say you can never go wrong with nut butters and banana.
