This Creamy Thai Peanut Sauce is to die for!! It’s peanut buttery and spicy with a hint of lime. It is sooo yummy on noodles or served with veggies/potatoes.
- 1/2 cup NuttZo organic peanut pro butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup coconut aminos
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/3 cup sriracha
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (or 1/2 tsp ginger powder)
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
- I originally made this sauce for my Thai Noodle Bowl but it’s good with pretty much any Thai dish. You can even use it as a sauce for meat, veggies or potatoes (OMG I love dipping sweet potatoes in it)!
