For those of you who don’t know me, I am Madison!! I’m a certified integrative nutrition health coach and my mission is to help you make peace with food and your body. I created this course because discovering and practicing intuitive eating genuinely changed my life and I want to share that with you. I used to think eating and exercising “perfectly” would give me perfect health but in fact the exact opposite was true. The more I tried to be “perfectly” healthy, the less healthy I was.
Since practicing intuitive eating, I’ve re-balanced my hormones (that were way out of wack from years of disordered eating behaviors), my anxiety has improved drastically and I can trust my body to nourish me in a way that feels right for me. I actually FEEL REALLY GOOD IN MY BODY and am soo much happier overall.
