This Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet is SO DAMN GOOD. Its gooey, chocolatey and has the perfect amount of pumpkin spice! You will want to make this on repeat during the fall! It is the perfect Thanksgiving dessert!
If you haven’t gotten on the cookie skillet bandwagon yet, you need to ASAP!!! There is a reason they are so popular. Compared to individual cookies, cookie skillets are usually a much gooier (which is the best part about cookies in my opinion). I was craving a chocolate chip cookie skillet the other day but was also craving pumpkin bread. So, I decided to combine my cravings and it turned out to be a dream come true! I used Nuttzo’s Peanut Pro Nut Butter to make this cookie skillet extra gooey and flavorful. It’s made with peanuts, cashews, almonds, brazil nuts, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, hazelnuts and celtic sea salt (basically all of the good stuff). And, it’s EXTRA CREAMY!
The secret to a super oooey gooey chocolate chip cookie skillet is to take it out earlier than you think!! If you over-bake them, they get cake-y and dry.
My favorite way to eat this cookie skillet is soon after it comes out of the oven when it’s still warm and the chocolate is melty. I love to dunk it in some almond milk, it’s just the perfect combo! If you want to save some for later, store it in the fridge and just microwave a piece when you want one to bring back that warm, gooey, just baked feel.
If you aren’t already sold on this cookie skillet and need a good reason to eat dessert, you should check out my post with 5 Reasons Why You Can Eat Dessert Every Day.
