Quinoa Tabbouleh with Creamy Avocado Tahini Sauce

I know I’ve already made so many recipes with my Creamy Avocado Tahini Sauce but it’s THAT GOOD. It goes perfectly with the ingredients in this Quinoa Tabbouleh with Creamy Avocado Tahini Sauce: quinoa, tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh herbs, lemon juice, and avocado oil.



  • 3/4 cup quinoa
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 2 Persian cucumbers (diced)
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
  • 1/4 cup Creamy Avocado Tahini Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper


  1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions then let cool.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix until sauce is evenly distributed. Drizzle with extra Creamy Avocado Tahini Sauce to taste…or to make it pretty 🙂
