Does anyone else prefer home-cooked Mexican food over going out for it? Because I sure do. Something about homemade Mexican is FRESH AF. Not gonna lie, I’m high maintenance when it comes to eating out for Mexican. It’s the worst when it’s not fresh and your stomach hurts for hours afterwards. Not to say that there aren’t any good restaurants with quality, fresh ingredients but still. FRESH is the best which is also why I used my own homemade taco seasoning in this recipe!
