Isn’t it interesting how many nutritional theories exist? And how each conflicting theory can be “proved” right? Some can “prove” dairy is good for you and builds bones while others can “prove” it’s bad for you and causes mucus build up. How the F do we know what to trust?
We have to trust ourselves and our intuition and stop letting diet culture take away our freedom and power.
We’re told ________ (a certain diet, perfect body, perfect relationship…you name it) is what will lead to health and living our best lives so of course we search high and low for the answer. We try everything under the sun to feel better about ourselves. But somehow it never works.
The one place we forget to look is within ourselves.
We have everything within us that we need to feel completely free (around food, in our bodies, in our relationships…in all areas of life).
That’s why I’m here.

Health doesn’t have to be complicated.
You don’t need rules. You most certainly do not need to follow a diet, eating plan or detox/cleanse. The inner wisdom of your body is much more sophisticated than you give it credit for and I’m going to help you get back in touch with it.
