That is, until I found the book Intuitive Eating and started to question EVERYTHING I thought I knew to be true about food and health. I was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. I knew there had to be a better way.
Fast forward to today, and my life has completely transformed.
My physical and mental health have never been better. I eat what I want when I want with confidence that my body is naturally guiding me towards perfect balance FOR ME without even having to think about it. I have the mental space and energy to focus on the things that really matter to me. And the best part is I’ve been able to use the exact same strategies I used to make peace with food and my body to find freedom and confidence in ALL areas of my life.
